Mindful Gaming Series: How to reduce life/work burnout through playing TTRPGs (D&D etc)
I'm starting the Mindful Gaming Series: we'll talk about how we can use Gaming to strengthen our mindfulness, specifically to enable emotional intentionality to to observe our thoughts and feelings without judgment, and use our newly regulated emotions and behaviors to decrease feelings of stress and anxiety. Today's topic is about reducing the burnout from work/life that I'm sure many of us are dealing with, through playing tabletops!
